I had a wonderful time in a clean and absolutely perfect room with a balcony that offered a great view, and the hotel is in a fantastic location right in the center.

The hotel is perfectly located in a beautiful park. We enjoyed our evenings at a nearby bar, the Lord High Admiral, soaking in the drinks and vibrant atmosphere. Our triple room was well-appointed with a private safe, mini-bar, and central heating. the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is located in an amazing place, the windows show a beautiful park, with a casino next to it. It is also located in the very centre, where all the touristic attractions are easily available. The building alone is also very beautiful, and the staff are very friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center with a beautiful park just across the street. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were recently renovated and had modern furnishings, providing enhanced comfort. We especially loved the balcony with its stunning view and the comfortable bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of high-quality fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheese. We also had a delightful dinner at the hotel's restaurant, enjoying their special starter on the house and a perfectly prepared Viennese schnitzel. The in-house boutique cinema showing new movies was a unique and enjoyable addition to our stay.

Highly recommended, this place offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and quality services.

It was my second time in Baden and first time in Herzoghof. And it's the best hotel I think!!! The location in front of casino is perfect. Breakfast was very good, free and had a lot of things to choose from. Free wi-fi in lobby and VERY friendly staff! I would recommend this hotel to my fiends! Also rooms were very clean and they were cleaned every day.

Maybe they should have earplugs in the bathroom because it was party at the Casino next door every evening...you did hear the music but it was ok

It was one of the best hotels we stayed in Austria; if not the best. Hotel Staff was the best I have seen during my many trips around the world: Bernhard, Denis, Ines,Admir, Mustafa and no doubt Max - the Labrador. All were very helpful, hard working, smiling and tried their best to make us comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The breakfast room was vey tidy and charming. Our room was very comfortable. The balcony was our favorite sitting are in good weather. Try to reserve rooms 101, 201, 301 etc. I definitely recommend the visitors of Baden to stay in Herzoghof. I congratulate the owners of the Hotel to select such a management team.

The only practical problem was the room key. I mentioned this to the Hotel staff. I am sure they will take the necessary measures.

This hotel should have 4 stars. Room rate is too high for the conditions offered. No night receptionist. They have a small garage where you can not find pay parking place all the time. Have the same food for breakfast every day.
